One thing that would help is to adopt a healthier diet that they can sustain long-term. This would be best achieved by cooking meals from scratch using healthy ingredients.
Planning what meals to have from week to week may also be a challenge for some people, as well as finding nutritious recipes that are quick and simple to prepare.
In addition, going to the gym regularly can be costly and difficult to sustain over a longer period. Without guidance, some people may not know what to do when they do go to the gym; and hiring a personal trainer may also be beyond the financial reach of some.

Jeeqore aims to provide a solution to these problems via a mobile app that generates weekly home-based exercise plans and weekly healthy meal plans on iOS and Android.

Healthy meal plans - weekly
- Generate weekly meal plans for users, so they don’t need to think about what they’re going to eat from day to day.
- Generate a weekly shopping list for users so they don’t need to think about what ingredients they need to buy in order to prepare the meals in each weekly meal plan.
- Recipes are simple, nutritious and flavoursome. They are also be quick and easy to prepare.
- Ingredient management has been carefully considered; i.e. sourcing, storage and ease of preparation.
Exercise plans - weekly
- Exercising at home without the need for any equipment is a better way to achieve regular exercise on a long-term basis.
- Generate exercise plans each week so that sticking to a regular exercise regime is made easier.
- Each generated exercise plan contains exercise sessions with a variety of different exercises that target the body as a whole. The app mixes things up so that the exercises that appear in each session are not predictable.
